CALPERS PRE-RETIREMENT OPTION 2W DEATH BENEFIT. (SECTION 21548). Effective January 1, 2023, ACFD will add the CalPERS Pre-Retirement Option 2W Death Benefit (Section 21548) as a contracted optional benefit for all employees represented by the bargaining unit.
