Training and Development 14.1 The parties are committed to, and acknowledge the mutual benefit to the employer and employee of planned human resource development and the provision and participation in relevant development opportunities (including accredited training).

Skills Development The Company acknowledges the changing pace of technology in the electrical contracting industry and the need for employees to understand those changes and have the necessary skill requirements to keep the Company at the forefront of the industry. The Parties to this Agreement recognise that in order to increase the efficiency, productivity and competitiveness of the Company, a commitment to training and skill development is required. XxxXxxxx Principles - Northern Ireland The provisions of San Francisco Administrative Code §12F are incorporated herein by this reference and made part of this Agreement. By signing this Agreement, Contractor confirms that Contractor has read and understood that the City urges companies doing business in Northern Ireland to resolve employment inequities and to abide by the XxxXxxxx Principles, and urges San Francisco companies to do business with corporations that abide by the XxxXxxxx Principles.
PHASED DEVELOPMENT 15.1 The Seller reserves to itself, and to its successors in title as Developer, all such rights as are provided for in section 25 of the STA, to erect and complete a phased development on the Land from time to time, but no later than 15 (fifteen) years from the date of opening of the Sectional Title Register, for its personal account.
Policy Development 2.2.1 LIDDA shall develop and implement policies to address the needs of the LSA in accordance with state and federal laws. The policies shall include consideration of public input, best value, and individual care issues.
Agricultural Export Subsidies 1. The Parties share the objective of the multilateral elimination of export subsidies for agricultural goods and shall work together toward an agreement in the World Trade Organization to eliminate those subsidies and prevent their reintroduction in any form.
