Terminals Hartford Terminal. Hartford Terminal is located at or near Hartford, Illinois. The facility consists of a two-bay truck rack with 17,000 barrels of active terminaling capacity, 13 above-ground storage tanks with approximately 1.1 million barrels of total storage capacity. The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.

Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). Firefighters Any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be regularly and routinely staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters for the period of time that the aerial ladder is inoperative, or until such time as the truck with the inoperative aerial ladder is replaced with a truck with an operative aerial ladder. At 0800 and 2000 hours, all trucks shall be staffed with one (1) officer and four (4) firefighters, and any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters.

Dark Fiber Loop 2.8.4.1 Dark Fiber Loop is an unused optical transmission facility, without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, from the demarcation point at an End User’s premises to the End User’s serving wire center. Dark Fiber Loops may be strands of optical fiber existing in aerial or underground structure. BellSouth will not provide line terminating elements, regeneration or other electronics necessary for AFN to utilize Dark Fiber Loops.
FTTP Loop A Loop consisting entirely of fiber optic cable, whether dark or lit, that extends from the main distribution frame (or its equivalent) in an end user’s serving End Office to the demarcation point at the end user’s customer premises or to a serving area interface at which the fiber optic cable connects to copper or coaxial distribution facilities that extend to the end user's customer premises demarcation point, provided that all copper or coaxial distribution facilities extending from such serving area interface are not more than 500 feet from the demarcation point at the respective end users' customer premises; provided, however, that in the case of predominantly residential multiple dwelling units (MDUs), an FTTP Loop is a Loop consisting entirely of fiber optic cable, whether dark or lit, that extends from the main distribution frame (or its equivalent) in the End Office that serves the multiunit premises: (a) to or beyond the multiunit premises’ minimum point of entry (MPOE), as defined in 47 C.F.R. § 68.105; or
