Camera Operators Sample Clauses

Camera Operators. Shall work under the direction of the Producer, Director, Engineer-in-Charge and/or Crew Chief to implement their instructions for providing hard studio-type camera operations. The Hard Camera Operator shall have the required skills to cable, assemble and operate hard studio-type video cameras; assist with cabling, setup of video monitors and lighting, telestrator and radar/speed gun. The Hard Camera Operator shall have the ability to assist the Video Controller(s) and truck engineers in troubleshooting and operate/perform other related equipment/services necessary to the fulfillment of their job skills and responsibilities. Additional skills include, but are not limited to: running of multiple building-to-truck, truck-to-truck, and other interconnect cabling.

  • Operators Any and all Operators of the Equipment shall be duly experienced, trained and qualified to operate Equipment of this type. Although We may, from time to time, recommend certain qualified Operators with whom We are familiar, We do not supply Operators. You must supply and employ any Operator who operates the Equipment (even if the Operator is the owner of the Equipment or owner of a company that owns the Equipment) and that Operator shall be deemed to be Your employee and acting under Your supervision or control for all purposes and shall be covered as an insured on all of Your applicable insurance policies.

  • Operator The Optionee shall be the operator for purposes of developing and executing exploration programs.

  • Firefighters Any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be regularly and routinely staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters for the period of time that the aerial ladder is inoperative, or until such time as the truck with the inoperative aerial ladder is replaced with a truck with an operative aerial ladder. At 0800 and 2000 hours, all trucks shall be staffed with one (1) officer and four (4) firefighters, and any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters.

  • School Operations The School’s governing board shall be solely responsible for the operation of the school and exercise continuing oversight over the School’s operations. The School’s governing board will define and refine policies regarding educational philosophy, and oversee assessment and accountability procedures to assure that the School’s student performance standards are met or exceeded.

  • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.
