Camp Assignment. A camp differential of eight (8) hours time in lieu shall be credited, in addition to normal wages [eight (8) hours] for each day of the week or portion of a day of the week, that an Employee is required to attend a twenty-four (24) hour camp. The time in lieu is to be scheduled within six (6) months of it being earned, or by March 31st of the year, whichever is earlier. Employees are not entitled to request the time in lieu as a payout. For the duration of a camp assignment, an Employee is not entitled to overtime. Employees who, while at camp, work through their scheduled days of rest will be granted equivalent time off with pay.
