CAMPUS BOUNDARIES. The Elementary campus is considered: Elementary building and playground areas. ELEMENTARY STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN FRONT OF OR INSIDE THE MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL GYM OR MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING UNSUPERVISED. STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PURCHASE POP OR CANDY FROM THE VENDING MACHINES.

CAMPUS BOUNDARIES. While attending the program, students have access to the academic and recreational facilities on campus. However, in order to ensure to the students’ safety and security, some areas near campus are off limits to all students.

  • Alpine Areas As of 1 March 2024, the Employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $4.45 for hours worked on Projects in alpine areas. These allowances will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2025, rounded to the nearest 5 cents.

  • Geographical Scope 1. Without prejudice to Annex IV, this Agreement shall apply: (a) to the land territory, internal waters, and the territorial sea of a Party and the air-space above the territory of a Party in accordance with international law; as well as (b) beyond the territorial sea, with respect to measures taken by a Party in the exercise of its sovereign rights or jurisdiction in accordance with international law. 2.
