Common use of Campus Safety Clause in Contracts

Campus Safety. a. The University, in its sole discretion, may cancel this Contract, when the University has reasonable cause to believe that the Student’s continued presence in campus residence facilities presents a risk to the safety or health of the residential community, or presents a reasonable likelihood of imminent injury or disruption of normal residential activities.
