Canceling Service. You may cancel any or all of these Online Services at any time by contacting us. Upon cancelation, you agree to immediately discontinue any use of our Online Services, and you agree to remain liable for all transactions performed on your Accounts. We reserve the right to refuse your application for Online Services if your Accounts are not in good standing, and to suspend, restrict, or cancel your authorization to use Online Services at any time, at our Governing Law. The terms and conditions of this Agreement are subject to and governed by the laws of New York and federal law. The Accounts designated for access through Online Services continue to be governed under these Terms. We will notify you of any changes as required by law.

Canceling Service. You may cancel any or all of these Online or Mobile Services at any time by contacting us. Upon cancelation, you agree to immediately discontinue any use of these Services, and you agree to remain liable for all transactions performed on your Accounts. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or cancel your Online or Mobile Services, at any time, if your Accounts are not in good standing, at our discretion. We will take reasonable measures to reach you concerning the Online or Mobile Service cancelation but are under no obligation to provide you with such notice. If Online and Mobile Services are reinstated, this Agreement will remain in effect. GOVERNING LAW. The terms and conditions of the Agreement are subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma ad federal law. The Accounts designated for access through Online Services continue to be governed under this Agreement and the Disclosures provided to you for each Account. We will notify you of any charges as required by law.

  • Written Employee Jury Service Policy 54.2.1 Unless Contractor has demonstrated to the County’s satisfaction either that Contractor is not a “contractor” as defined under the Jury Service Program (Section 2.203.020 of the County Code) or that Contractor qualifies for an exception to the Jury Service Program (Section 2.203.070 of the County Code), Contractor must have and adhere to a written policy that provides that its Employees must receive from Contractor, on an annual basis, no less than five Days of regular pay for actual jury service. The policy may provide that Employees deposit any fees received for such jury service with Contractor or that Contractor deduct from the Employee’s regular pay the fees received for jury service. 54.2.2 For purposes of this Paragraph 54.2 (Written Employee Jury Service Policy), “Contractor” means a person, partnership, corporation, or other entity which has a contract with the County or a subcontract with a County Contractor and has received or will receive an aggregate sum of $50,000 or more in any 12-month period under one or more County contracts or subcontracts. “Employee” means any California resident who is a full-time employee of Contractor. “Full-time” means 40 hours or more worked per week, or a lesser number of hours if: i) the lesser number is a recognized industry standard as determined by the County, or ii) Contractor has a long- standing practice that defines the lesser number of hours as full-time. Full- time employees providing short-term, temporary services of 90 Days or less within a 12-month period are not considered full-time for purposes of the Jury Service Program. If Contractor uses any Subcontractor to perform Services for the County under this Contract, the Subcontractor is also be subject to the provisions of this Paragraph 54.2 (Written Employee Jury Service Policy). The provisions of this Paragraph 54.2 (Written Employee Jury Service Policy) must be inserted into any such Subcontract agreement and a copy of the Jury Service Program must be attached to the agreement.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.

  • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Contract.

The Partnership's share of oil and gas production is sold to various purchasers. Pioneer USA is of the opinion that the loss of any one purchaser would not have an adverse effect on the ability of the Partnership to sell its oil and gas production.

  • Standards of Service In connection with the performance of any Services pursuant to this Agreement: 7.1 Number of Employees Contractor warrants it will provide sufficient employees to complete the Services ordered within the applicable time frames established pursuant to this Agreement. Furthermore, Contractor shall, at its expense, supply all tools, equipment, and other materials necessary to perform the Services contemplated in this Agreement. 7.2 Skill of Employees Contractor warrants that employees shall have sufficient skill, knowledge, and training to perform the Services and that the Services shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

  • EXTENDED SERVICE 156 Upon application, a military leave of absence (without pay) will be granted to employees who are employed in other than temporary positions. This applies to employees who are inducted through a selective service system or voluntary enlistment, or if the employee is called through membership in the National Guard or reserve component into the Armed Forces of the United States.
