CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT FOR SERVICE. If at any time during the term of this MOU, any contract agency cancels its contract for service with the ACFD, both parties agree to reopen the MOU for negotiations within thirty (30) days of the receipt, by the ACFD, of the cancellation notice from the contract agency.
