Cancellation of Educational Leave Debt by a Faculty Member. The College's contribution towards the Educational Leave salary shall be a debt by the faculty member to the College which shall be cancelled after a period of one year's FTE service following a one- semester leave or two years' FTE service following a one-year leave; any debt adjustment shall be in these proportions.
