CANCELLATION PENALTIES FOR CORPORATE LOUNGES. Once the purchase of your VIP PASSES for a Corporate Lounge via RF has been confirmed by IES, if you decide to cancel your VIP PASSES purchase, then different penalties conditions may apply depending on the cancellation date. For the sake of clarity, as “cancellation date”, shall be understood the date that IES is contacted via email for cancellation purposes. • More than 60 days prior to the event: 10% of the total amount • From 60 to 45 days prior to the event: 50% of the total amount • Less than 45 days prior to the event: 100% of the total amount IES will only reimburse the amount paid for the VIP PASSES, not being responsible for any further or additional expenses incurred in relation to other services not provided by IES. For the sake of clarity, once the RF is received by IES for the purchase of a private Corporate Lounge within MotoGP VIP Villa- ge™ premises, that purchase is already subject to penalties whether the relevant payment is received or not. In order to cancel your purchase, if you have any right to it, please contact IES by email to xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx. If applicable, IES will proceed with the corresponding refund using the same method used to purchase the VIP PASSES except otherwise agreed by parties and at IES discretion. IES reserves the right of admission without reimbursement in order to comply with the Terms of Use and the protocols and security measures, including the MotoGP VIP Village™ Contingency Plan that may be applicable.

Moreover, for purposes of 2 CFR Part 200.322, “Manufactured products” means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe, aggregates such as concrete, class, including optical fiber, and lumber. Pursuant to the above, when federal funds are expended by ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members, Vendor certifies that to the greatest extent practicable Vendor will provide a preference for the purchase, acquisition, or use of goods, products, or materials produced in the United States (including but not limited to iron, aluminum, steel, cement, and other manufactured products).   • CANCELLATION AND REFUND 5.1. Registration fee is not refundable.

  • Violations, Suspensions, and Cancellation If PURCHASER violates any of the provisions of this contract, STATE may, after giving written notice, suspend any further operations of PURCHASER under this contract, except those operations necessary to remedy any violations. If PURCHASER fails to remedy a violation within the time allowed and as instructed by STATE, or if PURCHASER fails to complete work as required within any interim contract completion date or the contract expiration date, PURCHASER is in breach, and STATE may place the contract in default status as provided in OAR 629-032-0000 through 0070. Any default action taken by STATE shall be subject to the provisions of OAR 629-032-0000 through 0070 as adopted at present and as may be amended later by the agency having jurisdiction or authority over such activities. The provisions of such rules or any future amendments are incorporated into this contract and made a permanent part hereof by their reference as though fully set forth herein. The provisions are in addition to, not in lieu of, any other remedies STATE may have for breach of the contract.

  • Cancellation and Refunds This and the following paragraph apply if you buy as a consumer as defined in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Regulations”). Provided the Regulations apply to the transaction concerned, then the following terms apply to the contract.

  • Cancellations and Refunds Our cancellation policy is as flexible and understanding as possible. All our bookings are received well in advance of trip departures and other people may have been turned away because kayaks have been reserved. Cancellations due to weather will be determined by a Saltwater Soul associate on the day of your reservation. If cancellation is due to weather or safety concerns, we will attempt to rebook you. You will be issued a full refund if you are unable to rebook. All cancellations by guest need to be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from reservation will result in a 50% refund.

  • Liability for Failure to Stop Payment of Preauthorized Transfers If you order us to stop payment of a preauthorized transfer three (3) business days or more before the transfer is scheduled and we do not do so, we will be liable for your losses or damages.

  • Consolidation of Grievances If the grievance involves a group of employees or if a number of employees file separate grievances on the same matter, the grievances shall, whenever possible, be handled as a single grievance.
