Common use of Capacity Charge Clause in Contracts

Capacity Charge. The capacity charge as provided for in Service Xxxxxx Xx. 00 applied to the Expansion Power Customer’s contract demand for its Existing and, as applicable, Additional Allocation(s) of Expansion Power; and

Capacity Charge. The capacity charge as provided for in Service Xxxxxx Xx. 00 applied to the Expansion Power Customer’s contract billing demand for its Existing and, as applicable, Additional Allocation(s) of Expansion Power; andPower as determined in Paragraph 4b below;
