Common use of Capacity Charge Clause in Contracts

Capacity Charge. 5.1 The current capacity charges, as of 10/21/2013/2013 for water and sewer services are $5,750 per EDU and $2,150 per EDU, respectively. These charges are due prior the installation of water meters. The District Board of Directors reserves its right to review and revise these charges from time to time subject to applicable law and the District’s approval procedures for such charges.
