Common use of Capacity Planning and Forecasting Clause in Contracts

Capacity Planning and Forecasting. Within thirty (30) days from the effective date of this Agreement, the Parties agree to have met and developed joint planning and forecasting responsibilities which are applicable to local services. Such responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following: 9.1 Max-Tel will furnish to GTE information that provides for state-wide annual forecasts of order activity, in-service quantity forecasts, and facility/demand forecasts. 9.2 Max-Tel shall notify GTE promptly of changes greater than ten percent (10%) to current forecasts (increase or decrease) that generate a shift in the demand curve for the following forecasting period.
