Common use of Capacity Planning and Forecasting Clause in Contracts

Capacity Planning and Forecasting. Within thirty (30) calendar days from the effective date of this Agreement, or as soon after the effective date as practicable, the Parties agree to meet and develop joint planning and forecasting responsibilities which are applicable to local services, including Features, UNEs, number portability, interconnection services, Collocation, Poles, Conduits and Rights-of-Way (ROW). Failure of the Parties to perform their obligations as specified in this Section 12 may delay processing of CD service orders. Such responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following:
