Common use of Capital Asset Reports Clause in Contracts

Capital Asset Reports. If the Subrecipient has acquired, purchased or leased Capital Assets using STIF Formula Fund moneys, Subrecipient shall provide TriMet with a report of the Capital Asset inventory, described in Exhibit C Section 2, including an identification of any sale, transfer or other disposition of the Capital Asset as described in Exhibit C. Capital Asset Reports must be submitted to TriMet on a quarterly schedule in a manner specified by TriMet.
