Capital Improvements and Expansion. Any renovation and expansion plans and capital equipment expenditures with respect to the operations of the medical practice of Practice shall be reviewed by the Advisory Board and shall be based, in the judgment of Manager, upon economic feasibility, physician support, productivity and then-current market conditions.
