Card Orders. If a customer pays for an Order by credit or debit card, and the payment is withheld due to faults in the Restaurant’s preparation or delivery of the Order, or due to misuse of the card, the Restaurant is not entitled to any payment from Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd in relation to such order.

Card Orders. You may order Cards on behalf of Stripe Issuing Accountholders through your Stripe Dashboard or the Stripe API. At your expense, Stripe will procure and ship (a) Cards based on the information contained in each Card order to the address specified in that Card order; and (b) replacements for Cards reported as lost, stolen or damaged. Risk of loss for Cards passes to the recipient (you or the Stripe Issuing Accountholder) when Stripe ships the Card to the address specified in the order.

At your, or, if applicable, your Stripe Connect Platform’s, expense, Stripe will procure and ship (a) Cards based on the information contained in the applicable Card order to the address in the EEA, UK or Switzerland specified in that Card order; and (b) replacements for Cards reported as lost, stolen or damaged. Risk of loss for Cards passes to the recipient (you or your Stripe Connect Platform) when Stripe ships the Card to the address specified in the order. You are responsible for distributing issued Cards to Card Authorised Users.

  • Field Orders B. The documents listed in Paragraph 9.01.A are attached to this Agreement (except as expressly noted otherwise above).

  • Relations Board Orders No more than one, final unappealable finding of contempt of court by a federal court has been issued against Contractor within the immediately preceding two-year period because of Contractor's failure to comply with an order of a federal court requiring Contractor to comply with an order of the National Labor Relations Board. Contractor swears under penalty of perjury that this representation is true.

  • Orders Contractor must be able to accept the State of Florida Purchasing Card and MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) purchase orders.

  • Market Orders not executed because there is not enough volume to fill them, will not remain effective and will be cancelled.

  • Stop Payment Orders If you don t want us to pay a specific written instrument such as a personal check, you can ask us to place a Stop Payment Order or (“SPO”) on the instrument. You can notify us by mail, telephone, electronically, or in person. Any such instruction must be given to an employee of the Credit Union. Your SPO will take effect when we record it on your account. A SPO will not be valid and binding on us unless your SPO includes your account number, the number and date of the written instrument, the name(s) of the payee(s), and the exact amount of the instrument. Only the person placing the SPO may release the SPO. We will charge you a service charge for any SPO as set forth in the Schedule. If you give an oral SPO that is not confirmed in writing by you or us within fourteen (14) days, your SPO will expire and the instrument may thereafter be paid by us. If you provide written confirmation, your SPO will be effective for a period of six (6) months. Alternately, the Credit Union, in its sole discretion, may confirm any oral SPO in writing by sending a notice to the address shown in our records, but has no obligation to do so. Such written confirmation by us will also be effective for a period of six (6) months. To extend the SPO for an additional six (6) months, you must deliver to us an additional written request as described above. The Credit Union will not be responsible for any loss as a result of honoring a check: (1) more than fourteen (14) days after receipt of your oral order to stop payment; (2) more than six (6) months after your written order to stop payment, our written confirmation, or more than six (6) months after a written extension as provided herein; (3) through inadvertence, oversight or accident, we honor any postdated check; (4) if you fail to provide us with complete or accurate information; (5) or fail to meet your obligations as noted in this section or otherwise in this Agreement. We have no obligation to accept any order to stop payment on any certified check, cashier's check, teller's check or other instrument guaranteed by us. CASHIER S CHECKS: items as Code and reimbursement may not be made for 91-days for the date issued. You will be responsible to the Credit Union if any claim or demand is made against us as a result of our acting in accordance with your stop payment order. You agree that any stop payment order received when you do not have sufficient funds on deposit in your account to cover the item on which you are requesting us to stop payment shall be subject to a service charge for return of an NSF item rather than the service charge for a stop payment order.

  • PLACEMENT OF ORDERS The Adviser shall arrange for the placing of all orders for the purchase and sale of securities for a Fund’s account with brokers or dealers selected by the Adviser. In the selection of such brokers or dealers and the placing of such orders, the Adviser is directed at all times to seek for each Fund the most favorable execution and net price available under the circumstances. It is also understood that it is desirable for the Funds that the Adviser have access to brokerage and research services provided by brokers who may execute brokerage transactions at a higher cost to the Funds than may result when allocating brokerage to other brokers, consistent with section 28(e) of the 1934 Act and any Commission staff interpretations thereof. Therefore, the Adviser is authorized to place orders for the purchase and sale of securities for a Fund with such brokers, subject to review by the Board from time to time with respect to the extent and continuation of this practice. It is understood that the services provided by such brokers may be useful to the Adviser in connection with its or its affiliates’ services to other clients.

  • Shipments The Vendor shall ship, deliver or provide ordered products or services within a commercially reasonable time after the receipt of the order from the TIPS Member. If a delay in said delivery is anticipated, the Vendor shall notify TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and shall provide an estimated time for completion of the order. TIPS or the requesting entity may cancel the order if estimated delivery time is not acceptable or not as agreed by the parties.

  • Stop Work Orders A. The JBE may, at any time, by Notice to Contractor, require Contractor to stop all or any part of the Services for a period up to ninety (90) days after the Notice is delivered to Contractor, and for any further period to which the parties may agree (“Stop Work Order”). The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate it is issued under this provision. Upon receipt of the Stop Work Order, Contractor shall immediately comply with its terms and take all reasonable steps to minimize the incurrence of costs allocable to the Services covered by the Stop Work Order during the period of stoppage. Within ninety (90) days after a Stop Work Order is delivered to Contractor, or within any extension of that period to which the parties shall have agreed, the JBE shall either (i) cancel the Stop Work Order; or (ii) terminate the Services covered by the Stop Work Order as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Payment Orders You may instruct the Credit Union to execute a Wire Transfer(s) on your behalf (each a “Payment Order”) by submitting the Payment Order to the Credit Union in such form as the Credit Union requires, and by following the procedures established by the Credit Union for verifying the authenticity of Payment Orders (“Security Procedure”).
