Common use of Cardiopulmonary (CPR) Training Clause in Contracts

Cardiopulmonary (CPR) Training. Employees assigned to a job where training in CPR may be a valuable job-related skill as determined by the University shall be offered the opportunity to attend, at the University’s expense, CPR training provided by a certified trainer. Denials of CPR training may be appealed to the Director of Human Resources.
