Developing your career awareness means gaining knowledge of career paths and job opportunities and the skills and qualifications necessary to be successful in these positions. Career Counseling & Information & Referral (CC&I&R) β Prior to working & while continuing in subminimum wage employment an individual with a disability must be provided with career counseling and informational & referral services. If an individual refuses CC&I&R, they cannot enter, or they can no longer work, in a subminimum wage job.
