Career Development and Merit. Career Development for Librarians and Archivists shall be 2.6 percent of the General Librarian/Archivist Floor and shall be adjusted each year to incorporate the scale increases. 1999-2000 $862 (career development component) For 2000-2001 and 2001-2002, the basic career development shall be adjusted in accordance with Article 41.3.2.1.
