Career Growth Opportunities External to the Bargaining Unit. Where the Career Growth Opportunity is a limited term assignment external to the Bargaining Unit, upon return to the Bargaining Unit, the Employee’s full seniority will be maintained, including time spent on the external appointment. During the external appointment, the Employee’s benefits, vacation entitlement, and union dues will continue to be covered by this Agreement.
