Carequality Accountability Sample Clauses

The Carequality Accountability clause establishes the responsibilities and obligations of parties participating in the Carequality interoperability framework. Carequality Accountability. Organization will not hold Carequality, or anyone acting on its behalf, including but not limited to members of the Steering Committee, Advisory Council, Dispute Resolution Panel or any work group, or subcommittee, of any of these or Carequality’s contractors, employees or agents liable for any damages, losses, liabilities or injuries arising from or related to these Carequality Connection Terms. This section shall not be construed as an indemnification provision.
Carequality Accountability. Applicant has agreed to comply with this Agreement. Accordingly, Applicant will not hold Carequality, or anyone acting on its behalf, including but not limited to members of the Steering Committee, Advisory Council or any work group or subcommittee, its contractors, employees or agents liable for any damages, losses, liabilities or injuries arising from or related to this Agreement, except to the extent that such damages, losses, liabilities or injuries are the direct result of Carequality’s breach of this Agreement. This section shall not be construed as a hold harmless or indemnification provision.
