Common use of Caretakers' Accommodation Clause in Contracts

Caretakers' Accommodation. (a) An Employee who is employed as a Caretaker and who is required by the Employer to reside in premises provided by the Employer, will be provided with living quarters, fuel and light at no cost to the Employee. (b) The on call and recall allowances in clause 15.9 do not apply to a caretaker provided with accommodation.
