Caring Place Staff. Foundation shall furnish School with the following documentation for all Caring Place staff who participate in the Program at the School: a) Current copies of Child Abuse Clearances and Criminal History Background checks required of volunteers having contact with children in accordance with Section 6344.2 of the Child Protective Services Law, 23 Pa.C.S. Section 6344.2; and b) Current copy of tuberculosis test results in accordance with Section 1418 of the Public School Code, 24 Pa.C.S. Section 14-1418(b).
