The City agrees to allocate two thousand Dollars ($2,000) per year to the Tuition Reimbursement Program for the exclusive use of classifications represented by xxx Xxxxxxxxxx, Local 22. Classes that will enhance represented employee's work skills shall be considered as qualifying for tuition reimbursement.
