Newly Hired Teachers. Newly hired Teachers shall be paid in Category A1 until such time as they provide proof of a different category classification.
Newly Hired Teachers. To the extent permitted by law, the School Corporation, in its discretion, may determine the placement on the salary schedule (Appendix A) for a newly hired teacher. Subsequent adjustments to salary for newly hired teachers are governed by this Agreement or successor agreements.
Newly Hired Teachers. Newly hired teachers shall be placed on such step of the salary schedule as agreed between the School District and the teacher.
Newly Hired Teachers. For full-time teachers whose first day of work begins on or after July 1, 1995, Article 13- 10-8 will not apply. Such teachers can, at the time of their retirement, continue in the district's existing health insurance program at their own expense.

Newly Hired Teachers. All teachers hired to an insurance eligible position must make their benefit elections by their initial effective date of coverage as defined in this Article, Section 5C. Insurance eligible teachers will automatically be enrolled in basic life coverage. If teachers eligible for a full Employer Contribution do not choose a health plan administrator and a primary care clinic by their initial effective date, and do not waive medical coverage they will be enrolled in a Benefit Level Two clinic (or Level One, if available) that meets established access standards in the health plan with the largest number of Benefit Level One and Two clinics in the county of the teacher’s residence at the beginning of the insurance year. If a teacher does not choose a health plan administrator and primary care clinic by their initial effective date, but was previously covered as a dependent immediately prior to their initial effective date, they will be defaulted to the plan administrator and primary care clinic in which they were previously enrolled.
Newly Hired Teachers. 011 Conditional Employment All teaching employees new to the District shall be conditionally employed until the Board receives the results of a criminal records check from the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation.
Newly Hired Teachers. Newly hired employees without experience, hired during the term of this Agreement, will be placed by the Superintendent at their appropriate compensation level.
