Carrier Selection. The City reserves the right to provide the insurances and other benefits outlined above through a carrier of its choice. The City shall notify the Union of any changes in insurance carrier or other carriers at least thirty (30) days prior to the change. The parties agree that all insurance and other benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of contracts and/or agreements between the City and the insurer(s).
