CARRIER's Insurance Obligations. It shall be Carrier’s responsibility, pursuant to DOT regulations promulgated under 49 U.S.C. § 13906 and pursuant to applicable state laws, to provide public liability, property damage, and cargo liability insurance for the Equipment at all times while the Equipment is being operated on behalf of Carrier. However, Xxxxxxx's possession of such insurance shall in no way affect Xxxxxxx's rights of indemnification against Contractor as provided for in this Agreement.

CARRIER's Insurance Obligations. Pursuant to FMCSA regulations (49 C.F.R. Part 387) promulgated under 49 U.S.C. § 13906 CARRIER shall maintain, at CARRIER’s expense, public liability insurance (personal injury-property damage coverage and environmental restoration coverage), and cargo liability insurance for the Equipment at all times while the Equipment is being operated on behalf of CARRIER. CARRIER's personal injury/property damage insurance shall have a combined single limit of not less than the amount set forth in Section 5(a) of Appendix A (CONTRACTOR Election Form), with a deductible for personal-injury or property-damage claims no greater than the amount set forth in Section 5(a) of Appendix A (CONTRACTOR Election Form). CARRIER shall also maintain physical-damage liability insurance coverage on CARRIER’s (but not CONTRACTOR's) trailers. CARRIER's personal injury/property damage insurance policy, trailer physical-damage insurance policy, and cargo insurance policy shall list CONTRACTOR, either by class or individually, as an additional insured. However, CARRIER's possession of this insurance shall in no way affect CARRIER's rights of indemnification against CONTRACTOR as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Developer’s Insurance Developer shall comply with the insurance requirements as indicated in the Facilities Lease.

  • Renter’s Insurance (check one) ☐ Tenant is required to obtain, and maintain at all times during the Term, a renter’s insurance policy with a minimum of $100,000.00 personal liability coverage. Tenant will name Landlord as an interested party or additional insured. Tenant will provide Landlord with a certificate or proof of insurance upon request. ☐ Tenant is NOT required to obtain a renter’s insurance policy.

  • Owner’s Insurance Owner will be responsible for purchasing and maintaining Owner’s liability insurance and other reasonably appropriate insurance.

  • Cyber Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide evidence satisfactory to the Contracting Officer of Cyber Liability Insurance, with limits not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence or claim, $2,000,000 aggregate. Coverage shall be sufficiently broad to respond to the duties and obligations as is undertaken by Contractor in this agreement and shall include, but not limited to, claims involving infringement of intellectual property, including but not limited to infringement of copyright, trademark, trade dress, invasion of privacy violations, information theft, damage to or destruction of electronic information, release of private information, alteration of electronic information, extortion and network security. The policy shall provide coverage for breach response costs as well as regulatory fines and penalties as well as credit monitoring expenses with limits sufficient to respond to these obligations. This insurance requirement will be considered met if the general liability insurance includes an affirmative cyber endorsement for the required amounts and coverages.

  • FDIC Insurance For any deposit accounts you open, the FDIC requires Bank to disclose, and you hereby acknowledge, that deposits held by Evolve Bank & Trust are insured up to $250,000 federal deposit insurance limit, per depositor for each ownership category.

  • Contractor’s Liability Insurance Contractor shall purchase and maintain such insurance as will protect Contractor from claims set forth below which may arise out of or result from the Contractor’s operations under the Contract, whether such operations be by Contractor or by any subcontractor or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by Contractor, or by anyone for whose acts any other may be liable:

  • Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy Provide a Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy, including contractual liability, in adequate quantity to protect against legal liability arising out of contract activity but no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. Additionally, the CONTRACTOR is responsible for ensuring that any subcontractors provide adequate insurance coverage for the activities arising out of subcontracts.

  • Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein. The umbrella coverage shall follow form with the Umbrella limits required as follows: For Contract Amounts Less For Contract Amounts Equal to or Than $5,000,000.00: Greater than $5,000,000: $ 2,000,000 per Occurrence $2,000,000 per Occurrence $ 4,000,000 Aggregate $10,000,000 Aggregate Additional Requirements for Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.

  • Umbrella Liability Insurance Liability on a following form basis with a limit $1,000,000 per occurrence in excess of all primary limits.

  • PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE (ERRORS & OMISSIONS) Professional Liability Insurance for Errors and Omissions coverage in the amount of not less than ($1,000,000). If CONTRACTOR sub-contracts in support of CONTRACTOR’S work provided for in the agreement, Professional Liability Insurance for Errors shall be provided by the sub-contractor in an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) in aggregate. The insurance coverage provided by the CONTRACTOR shall contain language providing coverage up to one (1) year following completion of the contract in order to provide insurance coverage for the hold harmless provisions herein if the policy is a claims-made policy.
