Shift Change Where employees are assigned mid-week to work a non-day shift (whether due to emergencies or a shift change) and as a result lose a shift in the regular work week, such employees will be paid six (6) hours for such loss of earnings.
For Lump Sum Change Order The payment and extension of time (if any) provided by this Change Order constitutes compensation in full to the Contractor and its Subcontractors and Suppliers for all costs and markups directly and indirectly attributable to the Change Order herein, for all delays related thereto and for performance of changes within the time stated.
Product Changes Vocera shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, without liability to End User, to update to provide new functionality or otherwise change the design of any Product or to discontinue the manufacture or sale of any Product. Vocera shall notify End User at least 90 days prior to the delivery of any Product which incorporates a change that adversely affects form, fit or function (“Material Change”). Vocera shall also notify End User at least 90 days prior to the discontinuance of manufacture of any Product. Notification will be made as soon as reasonably practical for changes associated with regulatory or health and safety issues.
Shift Changes When an employee is assigned to a specific shift and that assignment is changed, the employee shall be given seven (7) calendar days’ notice prior to the change.
Contract Changes Changes may not be made in the terms and conditions of this contract without the agreement and written permission of the Director of Housing.
Change of Schedule (a) (applicable to full-time employees only) Where an employee's schedule is changed by the Hospital with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, she shall receive time and one-half (1½) of her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on her next shift.
Rejected Items; Abandonment (a) The Contractor may deliver, cause to be delivered, or, in any other way, bring or cause to be brought, to any State premises or other destination, Goods, as samples or otherwise, and other supplies, materials, equipment or other tangible personal property. The State may, by written notice and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract, direct the Contractor to remove any or all such Goods (“the “Rejected Goods”) and any or all other supplies, materials, equipment or other tangible personal property (collectively, the “Contractor Property”) from and out of State premises and any other location which the State manages, leases or controls. The Contractor shall remove the Rejected Goods and the Contractor Property in accordance with the terms and conditions of the written notice. Change of Use Alter or change the use of the Facility or enter into any management agreement for the Facility other than the Management Agreement or enter into any operating lease for the Facility, unless Borrower first notifies Lender and provides Lender a copy of the proposed lease agreement or management agreement, obtains Lender’s written consent thereto, which consent may be withheld in Lender’s sole discretion, and obtains and provides Lender with a subordination agreement in form satisfactory to Lender, as determined by Lender in its sole discretion, from such manager or lessee subordinating to all rights of Lender.
