Case of the Transport Distribution Interface Points. The Operator allocates each Day the annually allocated Daily Delivery Capacity relating to each Transport Distribution Interface Point, in accordance with the Subscription and Allocation Rules of Capacities in force and according to the data transmitted by the downstream distribution Operator and to the Joint Declaration(s) which are attached in Appendix 6 to the Contract. The annually allocated Daily Delivery Capacity relating to a Transport Distribution Interface Point shall be the sum of : - the Computed Standardized Capacity at the PDL “without subscription” supplied downstream the said Transport Distribution Interface Point, - the annual capacities subscribed on the distribution network for the PDL “with subscription” supplied downstream the said Transport Distribution Interface Point. In accordance with the Subscription and Allocation Rules of Capacities in force, all or part of the annually allocated Daily Delivery Capacity is possibly interruptible, on the Operator’s initiative or on the Shipper’s request. The annually allocated interruptible Daily Delivery Capacity is specified in Appendix 4 to the Contract. The Daily Transmission Capacity on the Regional Network relating to a Transport Distribution Interface Point shall be equal to the Daily Delivery Capacity at the said Transport Distribution Interface Point.

At CLEC's request, CenturyLink will identify the location(s) of other possible demarcation points available to CLEC, and CLEC will designate from these location(s) the point(s) of demarcation between its collocated equipment and CenturyLink's equipment. CenturyLink will use its best efforts to identify the closest demarcation point to CLEC's equipment that is available.

  • Two-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.4.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use Two-Way Interconnection Trunks for the exchange of traffic between Verizon and VarTec, VarTec shall order from Verizon, and Verizon shall provide, the Two-Way Interconnection Trunks and the Entrance Facility, on which such Trunks will ride, and transport and multiplexing, in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Verizon’s applicable Tariffs.

  • Interconnection Point The Service Provider is responsible for connecting to the LFC Network at the Interconnection Point.
