Common use of Case Postponement Clause in Contracts

Case Postponement. Both parties have the right to postpone a case one (1) time. Notification of a postponement must be provided to the other party and the Co-Chairpersons seven (7) calendar days in advance of the hearing. Additional postponements will be permitted only by agreement of both parties.
