Vacation Postponement. If a bargaining unit employee’s vacation becomes due during a period when he/she is on leave due to illness or injury, he/she may request:
1. that his/her vacation date be changed. The District shall grant such request in accordance with vacation dates available at that time.
2. to carry over his/her vacation to the following year. Such request shall be made through submission (within two (2) weeks of the employee’s return to duty) of a written vacation plan to the employee’s supervisor for approval.
Vacation Postponement. If an employee's vacation becomes due during a period when s/he is on leave due to illness or injury s/he may request that his/her vacation be changed, and the District shall grant such request in accordance with vacation dates available at that time.

The unit member may elect to have their vacation rescheduled in accordance with the vacation schedule available at that time, or may request to carry over their vacation to the following year, subject to Section 11.7.
Vacation Postponement. 11.6.1 If a twelve month bargaining unit member's vacation becomes due during a period when he/she is on leave due to illness or injury, he/she may request his vacation date be changed; and the District shall grant such request in accordance with the vacation schedule available at that time. The bargaining unit member may elect to have his/her vacation rescheduled in accordance with the vacation schedule available at that time, or may request to carry over his/her vacation to the following year.
Vacation Postponement. 9.5.1 If a member's vacation becomes due during a period when he/she is on leave due to illness or injury, he/she may request that his/her vacation date be changed, and the District shall grant such request in accordance with vacation dates available at that time. The member may elect to have his/her vacation rescheduled in accordance with the vacation schedule available at that time, or may request to carry over his/her vacation to the following year, or he/she may elect to receive compensation for all vacation earned and accumulated during the fiscal year.
Vacation Postponement. 9.6.1 If an employee's vacation becomes due during a period when he/she is on leave due to incapacitating illness or injury, he/she may request that his/her vacation date be changed, and the District shall grant such request in accordance with vacation dates available at the time, or the employee may carry over the vacation to the succeeding year.
9.6.2 If, for any reason, an employee is denied a scheduled vacation, he/she shall be compensated at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2) for all hours worked during the scheduled vacation period unless agreement to the contrary exists. In such case, the employee shall suffer no reduction in the paid vacation days due him/her.

The employee may elect to have his/her vacation rescheduled in accordance with the vacation schedule available at that time, or may request to carry over his/ her vacation to the following year.
10.5.2 If for any unforeseen reason, such as illness, injury or personal property loss, a bargaining unit employee does not take all or any part of his/her annual vacation, the amount not taken shall, at the option of the employee, be accumulated for use in the following year. This does not provide for employee’s election not to take vacation for added compensation.
Vacation Postponement. A member shall be permitted to interrupt or terminate vacation leave in order to begin sick leave or bereavement leave provided the member supplies immediate notice and supporting information regarding the basis for such interruption or termination to his/her immediate supervisor2 for approval.
