Caseload Assessment Process. Where an employee's workload approaches or exceeds the Triggers above, the following "Workload Assessment Process" will be initiated. Together with the employee, the Supervisor will conduct an assessment of the employee's workload in order to determine whether the individual's caseload exceeds or is likely to exceed their Workload Range. This may also include a consideration of exceptional workload incurred through temporary coverage responsibilities. If the Supervisor concludes that the employee's caseload exceeds the Trigger, the Supervisor will initiate steps in response, including but not limited to the following:

  • Conformity Assessment Procedures 1. Each Party shall give positive consideration to accepting the results of conformity assessment procedures of other Parties, even where those procedures differ from its own, provided it is satisfied that those procedures offer an assurance of conformity with applicable technical regulations or standards equivalent to its own procedures.
