Cashier’s or Certified Checks. If for any reason Tenant’s check for Base Rent and/or the Additional Rent payment is returned unpaid by Tenant’s bank to Landlord, then, for the remainder of the Term, Landlord, in its sole discretion, may require Tenant to pay Base Rent and the Additional Rent Payment by cashier’s or certified check, ACH, or other forms of direct deposit.

Cashier’s or Certified Checks. If for any reason Tenant's check for Base Rent and/or Operating Expense Payment is returned unpaid by Xxxxxx's bank to Landlord more than one (1) time in any twelve (12) month period, then, for the remainder of the Term, Landlord, in its sole discretion, may require Tenant to pay Base Rent and Operating Expense Payment by cashier's or certified check.

  • Returned Checks In the event that any check or other order for the payment of money is returned unpaid for any reason, Transfer Agent or its agent will: (i) give prompt notice of such return to the relevant Fund or its designee; (ii) place a stop transfer order against all Shares issued as a result of such check or order; and (iii) take such actions as Transfer Agent may from time to time deem appropriate.

  • Background Checks The State may require that the Contractor and Contractor Parties undergo criminal background checks as provided for in the State of Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection Administration and Operations Manual or such other State document as governs procedures for background checks.   • Overdrafts The Trust is responsible for maintaining an appropriate level of short term cash investments to accommodate cash outflows. The Trust may obtain a formal line of credit for potential overdrafts of its custody account. In the event of an overdraft or in the event the line of credit is insufficient to cover an overdraft, the overdraft amount or the overdraft amount that exceeds the line of credit will be charged in accordance with the fee schedule set forth on Exhibit C hereto (as amended from time to time)
