Cashless Access Service. The Insurer has to ensure that all the Beneficiaries are provided with adequate facilities so that they do not have to pay any deposits at the commencement of the treatment or at the end of treatment to the extent as the Services are covered under the Rashtriya Xxxxxxxx Xxxx Yojna. This service provided by the Insurer along with subject to responsibilities of the Insurer as detailed in this clause is collectively referred to as the “Cashless Access Service.” Each empanelled hospital/health service provider shall posses a machine which can read the smart card to ascertain the balance available from the insurance amount. The services have to be provided to the beneficiary based on Smart card & fingerprint authentication only with the minimum of delay for pre authorization (if necessary). Reimbursement to the hospitals should be based on the electronic transaction data received from hospitals on a daily basis. The detailed process and steps for Cashless Access Service has been provided in Appendix 11.

Cashless Access Service. CASHLESS ACCESS SERVICE Wherever Cashless facility would apply, the TPA should ensure that all the Insured Persons are provided with adequate facilities so that they do not have to pay any deposit at the commencement of the treatment or bills after the end of treatment to the extent as the Services are covered under the policy and up to the limits specified in the policy and to the extent that a prior authorisation for cashless settlement has been made by the TPA to the network provider. This service provided by the TPA along with the responsibilities of the TPA and subject to responsibilities of the Insurer is collectively referred to as the “Cashless Access Service”. (Schedule II& III)

  • Special Access Service Conversions 5.3.6.1 IDS may not convert special access services to combinations of loop and transport network elements, whether or not IDS self-provides its entrance facilities (or obtains entrance facilities from a third party), unless IDS uses the combination to provide a significant amount of local exchange service, in addition to exchange access service, to a particular customer. To the extent IDS requests to convert any special access services to combinations of loop and transport network elements at UNE prices, IDS shall provide to BellSouth a letter certifying that IDS is providing a significant amount of local exchange service (as described in this Section) over such combinations. The certification letter shall also indicate under what local usage option IDS seeks to qualify for conversion of special access circuits. IDS shall be deemed to be providing a significant amount of local exchange service over such combinations if one of the following options is met:

  • Switched Exchange Access Service The offering of transmission and switching services for the purpose of the origination or termination of Toll Traffic. Switched Exchange Access Services include but may not be limited to: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 700 access, 800 access, 888 access and 900 access.

  • Jointly Provided Switched Access Services 7.5.1 Jointly Provided Switched Access Service is described and governed by the FCC and state access Tariffs, Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing (MECAB) and Multiple Exchange Carrier Ordering and Design (MECOD) Guidelines and based on LERG routing, and is not modified by any provisions of this Agreement. Both Parties agree to comply with such guidelines. CenturyLink and CLEC agree that the originating, intermediate, and terminating LECs for switched access will cooperatively determine the Jointly Provided Switched Access arrangements in which all parties concur.

  • Terminating Switched Access Detail Usage Data A category 1101XX record as defined in the EMI Telcordia Practice BR-010-200- 010.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Traditional IRA-to-Xxxx XXX Conversions If you convert to a Xxxx XXX, the amount of the conversion from your Traditional IRA to your Xxxx XXX will be treated as a distribution for income tax purposes, and is includible in your gross income (except for any nondeductible contributions). Although the conversion amount generally is included in income, the 10 percent early distribution penalty tax will not apply to conversions from a Traditional IRA to a Xxxx XXX, regardless of whether you qualify for any exceptions to the 10 percent penalty tax. If you are required to take a required minimum distribution for the year, you must remove your required minimum distribution before converting your Traditional IRA.

  • Optional Service EU Access is an optional service that may be offered by SAP. SAP shall provide the Cloud Service eligible for EU Access solely for production instances in accordance with this Section 9. Where EU Access is not expressly specified and agreed in the Order Form, this Section 9 shall not apply.
