CAS’S OBLIGATIONS. CAS holds full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement, including all agreed services described in the Service Manual. In addition, CAS has the following obligations: • CAS must ensure that insurance is taken out on all buildings owned by DTU. Such insurance covers only the buildings themselves, not fixtures, fittings, furniture and equipment. • CAS undertakes to have sufficient and qualified staff at its disposal, sufficient to meet the User’s needs to a satisfactory extent. • In connection with the performance of the Agreement, CAS must, to the greatest possible extent, use employees with relevant knowledge of the Agreement and familiarity with the User’s procedures, circumstances and employees. • CAS undertakes to monitor developments and ensure expansion of its competences in step with same, such that CAS has the capacity to fulfil its role as a competent service provider as well as a consultant to the User. • CAS is to ensure that access is available via Portalen to an updated overview of contacts in CAS for dealing with specific tasks. • CAS is to cover the operating expenses incidental to delivering the services within the framework of this Agreement.
