Casual and Part-time Rates. Effective October 1, 2003 Part-time and casual (excluding a laid off regular employee) shall receive an hourly rate of pay that is $1.50 per hour less than the appropriate rate of pay set out above in Appendix "A". Such help are not otherwise covered by the terms of this Agreement.

  • Overtime Rates All overtime hours shall be compensated at the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2).

  • Definition of Regular Straight Time Rate of Pay The regular straight time rate of pay is that prescribed in wage schedule of the Collective Agreement.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES A current list of Field job classifications and applicable wage rates for the Nevada Irrigation District are set forth in the District Wage Schedule.

  • Part-time Nurses a. If a regular part-time nurse works on one of the holidays set forth in paragraph A above, he/she will be paid for all time worked on said holiday at two (2) times his/her regular straight-time hourly rate of pay.

  • Classification and Wage Rates For the avoidance of any doubt, there will be no industrial action (protected or otherwise) taken by the employees who are bound by this Agreement in relation to the quantum of the wages, allowances and payments arising from the provisions of Clause 7

  • Base Rates Attached to and made a part of this Agreement is Appendix A which sets forth the straight-time hourly rates for all employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Overtime Rate In accordance with the applicable wage and hour laws, the overtime rate will be one and one-half (1-1/2) of an employee’s regular rate of pay. The regular rate of pay will not include any allowable exclusions.

  • Part-Time Nurse is a Nurse hired to a position to work on a regular or temporary basis that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nurse.

  • Service Rates The rates for services provided to a specific child by the Provider shall be set forth in the PSO for the child. The Provider may not increase the rate for any service described in a PSO during the term of the PSO unless the PSO provides for an automatic rate increase option, in which case the rate may only be increased in the initial month of the Buyer’s fiscal year and must be agreed to in writing by the Buyer. The provider is required to have all services and rate information entered and up-to-date in the Service Fee Directory by the beginning of the contract year. The Provider shall provide to the Buyer written notice of any planned rate increase (90 days) prior to the initial month of the Buyer’s next fiscal year. Such written notice shall contain the justification for the increase and shall be submitted in triplicate to the Buyer’s Children’s Services Act Manager.

  • Minimum Wage Rates It shall include, in all contracts in excess of $2,000 for work on any projects funded under this grant agreement which involve labor, provisions establishing minimum rates of wages, to be predetermined by the Secretary of Labor, in accordance with the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act, as amended (40 U.S.C. 276a-276a-5), which contractors shall pay to skilled and unskilled labor, and such minimum rates shall be stated in the invitation for bids and shall be included in proposals or bids for the work.
