Casual Call In. Casual employees who have the necessary qualifications shall be called in to a work unit so that each casual employee has the opportunity to an equitable number of hours per year. It is agreed that eligible employees will be offered temporary performance of higher duties in accordance with Article 11.03 prior to calling in casual employees.
