Holiday Premium. If an employee works one of the following holidays, they will receive time and one half for all hours worked on that holiday: New Year’s Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xx. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, the Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Holiday Premium. Departments that have established the following practice may continue to do so. If an employee works one of the following holidays, she/he will receive time and one half for all hours worked on that holiday: New Year’s Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xx. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, the Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Holiday Premium. An eligible employee who is authorized to work on an observed holiday will, in addition to his/her regular pay for the day, earn compensation at time and one half the employee's normal rate for all hours worked.
Holiday Premium. Radio Engineers in the MnDOT Radio Operations shall receive a holiday premium of forty dollars ($40.00) for each four (4) hours or portion thereof worked up to a maximum of eighty dollars ($80.00) for those holiday hours specifically assigned by the supervisor to work on the holiday.
Holiday Premium. Permanent part-time employees and casual employees shall receive a premium of five point two percent (5.2%) on all straight time pay in lieu of Public Holidays.
Holiday Premium. Employees qualify for holiday premium pay under the following conditions:
a. When full-time employees work on a designated holiday, they will receive their regular hours of holiday pay plus premium pay at time and one-half (1 ½) for all hours worked on such holiday.
b. When employees working less than full-time work on a designated holiday, they will receive their regular holiday pay on the same pro rata basis that their monthly schedule bears to a full-time schedule, plus premium pay at time and one-half (1 ½) for all hours worked on such holiday.
Holiday Premium. Nurses required to work on any of the following holidays will be paid 1 1/2 times the regular hourly rate of pay including any applicable shift differential for all time worked: New Year’s Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx’x Birthday, Memorial Day (last Monday in May), Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. In addition to the 1 1/2 times pay, the Regular Nurse may claim eight (8) hours of accrued PTO to be paid at the hourly base wage rate plus shift differential if applicable in accordance with Section 7.5.6.
Holiday Premium. Any paid days off to which an employee is entitled under this Article shall include second (2nd) and/or third (3rd) shift premiums, as the case may be, if the employee is assigned to such shift on the day(s) for which he is entitled to such pay.
Holiday Premium. Employees who work on the eight (8) nine (9) major holidays shall be compensated twelve (12) hours at their regular straight time rate for having worked on those days. The eight
Holiday Premium. A. For employees hired before January 25, 1996, all work performed on a holiday shall be compensated for at two and one-half (2½) times the employee’s straight-time hourly rate of pay. Effective July 10, 1991, all work performed on a holiday shall be compensated for at three (3) times the employee’s straight-time hourly rate of pay. Said pay shall include any premium pay or overtime that may be applicable, and includes pay for the holiday itself.
B. For employees hired on or after January 25, 1996, all holidays worked shall be compensated for at two (2) times the employee’s regular rate of pay which shall encompass holiday pay.
C. Full-time employees who do not work the holiday shall receive holiday pay at their regular straight-time hourly rate equal to the hours that they averaged on a daily basis in the preceding four (4) weeks.
