Common use of Casual Long Service Leave Clause in Contracts

Casual Long Service Leave. (a) In accordance with the requirements of the FW Act, any service as a casual staff member which meets the requirements of the Long Service Leave Act 1992 (Vic) will count as service for long service leave purposes. Unless it has already been recognised by the University, service as a casual prior to 18 December 2009 does not count as service for calculating long service leave entitlements (if any).
