Catastrophic Leave – Conditions. Catastrophic leave shall not be used in conjunction with any long or short-term disability benefits or Workers’ Compensation Leave. While a unit member is on catastrophic leave, using donated hours, the unit member shall not accrue any vacation or sick leave.
