Category 1’s Spouse/Domestic Partner at Age Sixty-Five (65)—Medicare Eligible 2716 A Category 1 retiree’s spouse or eligible domestic partner shall receive a Medical Subsidy equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Category 1 retiree’s Medical Subsidy. The one hundred percent 100% Medical Subsidy for a spouse or eligible domestic partner will not apply until the retiree attains age sixty-five (65).
