Common use of Category E & F Room Assignment Clause in Contracts

Category E & F Room Assignment. During the application process, Category E & F applicants will be able to indicate room or roommate preferences. Category E & F Residents are assigned to either Small or Large Bachelors in Schreiberwood. While room preferences are taken in to account, room type cannot be guaranteed. Applicants will have the opportunity to indicate if they are interested in living in a same or mixed gender unit as well as submit any personalized accommodation requests during the application process. It is recommended that the applicant submit their personalized accommodation request by the application deadline to better ensure that every effort is made to accommodate.
