CAUSE FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION. Causes for disciplinary action against a permanent employee include, but are not limited to the following: A. Fraud in securing or maintaining employment. B. Neglect of duty (i.e. failure to perform regularly assigned tasks and failure to follow approved safety precautions.) C. Insubordination (i.e. refusal to perform an assigned task which is legal or does not constitute a safety or health hazard to the employee.)
