CE Group. Subject matter Pursuant to the Second CE Supplemental Deposit Services Framework Agreement, the parties have agreed to extend the term of the Existing CE Deposit Services Framework Agreement to 31 December 2021, subject to the Independent Shareholders’ approval. Save as amended by the Second CE Supplemental Deposit Services Framework Agreement, all other terms of the Existing CE Deposit Services Framework Agreement (as disclosed below) shall remain unchanged. Transactions contemplated thereunder Provision of deposit services by CE Group, through CE Bank, to the Group.

CE Group. Subject matter Assignment of the FLRs by the Group to associates of CE Group (including but not limited to CE Bank and the Trustee).

Related to CE Group

  • Group A series of commodities with applicable commodity codes which are described in Attachment A under Price Sheet.

  • Member The Member owns 100% of the limited liability company interests in the Company.

  • Work Group A group of employees who work under the same first line, or immediate supervisor or Manager-Operator Services, and who regularly interchange on work assignments and regularly relieve each other.

  • Minority Business Enterprise The Recipient shall comply with the minority business requirements pursuant to Section 164.07(A) of the Revised Code and rule 164-1-32 of the Administrative Code when making direct purchases of equipment, materials or supplies.

  • Group RRSP 24:01 The University agrees to provide a Group RRSP (GRRSP) with the following features:

  • Members (a) A Person shall be admitted as a Member and shall become bound by, and shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by, the terms of this Agreement if such Person purchases or otherwise lawfully acquires any Share, and such Person shall become the Record Holder of such Share, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. A Member may be a Class A Member, a Class B Member and or Class C Member, and, in such case, shall have the rights and obligation accorded to the Class A Ordinary Shares with respect to such Class A Ordinary Shares or the rights and obligation accorded to the Class A Preferred Shares with respect to such Class A Preferred Shares, as applicable, the rights and obligations accorded to the Class B Ordinary Shares with respect to such Class B Ordinary Shares and the rights and obligations accorded to the Class C Ordinary Share with respect to such Class C Ordinary Share. A Person may become a Record Holder without the consent or approval of any of the Members and without physical execution of this Agreement. A Person may not become a Member without acquiring a Share.

  • Fiscal Year; Taxable Year The fiscal year and the taxable year of the Company is the calendar year.

  • Women- and Minority-Owned Businesses (W/MBE) The Subrecipient will use its best efforts to afford small businesses, minority business enterprises, and women’s business enterprises the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in the performance of this contract. As used in this cataract, the terms “small business” means a business that meets the criteria set forth in section 3(a) of the Small Business Act, as amended (15 U.S.C. 632), and “minority and women’s business enterprise” means a business at lease fifty-one (51) percent owned and controlled by minority group members or women. For the purpose of this definition, “minority group members” are Afro- Americans, Spanish-speaking, Spanish surnamed or Spanish-heritage Americans, Asian-Americans and American Indians. The Subrecipient may rely on written representation by businesses regarding their status as minority and female business enterprises in lieu of an independent investigation.

  • WSIB & LTD An Employee who is receiving benefits under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, or under a LTD plan, is not entitled to benefits under a school board’s sick leave and short term disability plan for the same condition unless the employee is on a graduated return to work program then WSIB/LTD remains the first payor. For clarity, where an employee is receiving partial benefits under WSIB/LTD, they may be entitled to receive benefits under the sick leave plan, subject to the circumstances of the specific situation. During the interim period from the date of the injury/incident or illness to the date of the approval by the WSIB/LTD of the claim, the employee may access sick leave and short term leave and disability coverage. A reconciliation of sick leave deductions made and payments provided, will be undertaken by the school board once the WSIB/LTD has adjudicated and approved the claim. In the event that the WSIB/LTD does not approve the claim, the school board shall deal with the absence consistent with the terms of the sick leave and short term leave and disability plans.

  • MINORITY AND WOMEN BUSINESS ENTERPRISES The City hereby gives notice that Minority and Women Business Enterprises will be afforded equal opportunities to submit bids in for this contract and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, ethnicity, color, sex, religion or national origin in awarding the contract.
