Celebrity Apex. Facility agreement dated 22 June 2016 (as novated, amended and restated pursuant to a novation agreement dated 22 June 2016, as further amended and restated from time to time) entered into between, amongst others, RCCL as borrower, the Citi Facility Agent and the banks and financial institutions listed therein as Lenders in relation to a US Dollar term loan facility in respect of m.v. “Celebrity Apex” (ex Hull K34).
