Common use of Cell Phone Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Cell Phone Reimbursement. EMPLOYEES who are required by their department head to use their personal cell phones for business will receive a $20 per month cell phone reimbursement during that approved period. The City will not be responsible for cell phone replacement, damage or any other costs associated with the EMPLOYEE'S personal cell phone. A cell phone reimbursement participating form will be signed by each city employee and kept on file.
