Common use of Cell Phone Stipend Clause in Contracts

Cell Phone Stipend. Each Unit Employee shall receive a cell phone stipend in the amount of forty-five dollars ($45.00) per month toward obtaining a cell phone; or the Unit Employee may elect to apply said allowance to his/her current personal cell phone plan. The Employer shall not require the Unit Employee to answer his/her cell phone, or be considered “on call” at any particular time or location as a result of receiving this stipend. This provision shall expire upon the mutual agreement of the Labor Management Committee (LMC).

Cell Phone Stipend. Payment for said stipend shall be effective with the pay period beginning September 9, 2011 and divided equally among the Unit Employee’s regular payroll checks. This provision shall expire upon the mutual agreement of the Labor Management Committee (LMC).
