Cell Phone Stipends. The District may offer cell phone stipends to CSEA unit members that the District determines work in a capacity that necessitates the need for a cell phone. The District shall have final approval regarding the monthly stipend amounts and the criteria to determine eligibility for the stipends. The District in consultation with the Deputy, Assistant Superintendent, and/or designee who oversees a department and/or office shall determine the terms of the stipends that are specified on the Employee Cellular Phone Stipend Agreement.

Cell Phone Stipends. Employees identified in the Crafts Level Lead category shall receive an annual cell phone stipend of $600. Additionally, the following employee groups shall receive a $300 annual phone stipend: • Electrician • Locksmith • Plumber • Preventative Maintenance • HS Day Head Custodian • XX Xxxx Head Custodian • HVAC Technicians
Cell Phone Stipends. If an administrator provides the District with written permission to publish his/her cell phone number to District employees for the transaction of District business, the administrator will be eligible for a stipend of $1,500 per year, paid on a monthly basis from building budgets. The Information Technology Center will support Administrator SMART Phones including syncing e-mail and calendar functions with District systems. The District and the Association share an interest in Principals having cell or smart phone technology that interfaces easily with the District’s Outlook e-mail and electronic calendar system.
Cell Phone Stipends. A. Sworn and professional employees assigned to field operations and/or patrol shall receive a taxable stipend of $35 per month towards the purchase and use of a cell phone. If the employee chooses to accept the cell phone stipend, the employee shall use the cell phone at work and provide the cell phone number to the City for use by the City when the employee is at work.

  • Cell Phone Employee shall be provided with a cell phone, with e-mail capabilities, at Board expense. As a condition of receipt of said cell phone, employee is expected to be reachable as necessary and appropriate by the Superintendent and Board President for the thorough and efficient operation of the School District. Incidental personal use shall be permitted. Employees shall have the option of being reimbursed for the use of a personal smartphone in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) per month instead of accepting a district cell phone. As a condition of this reimbursement, employee must a) be reasonably available at all times via the personal phone; and b) take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of student and staff information being transmitted to and through said phone.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.

  • Mobile Phones The Company’s expectations in relation to the use of Company provided mobile phones are outlined in Company policy HR-P13. If an Employee is provided with a mobile phone by the Company, the Employee shall be liable for the cost of excessive private telephone calls. Employees agree to make themselves contactable via their personal mobile phone to receive instructions from their supervisors, with the Company reimbursing Employees the cost of any such telephone calls. It is not a condition of employment to own a mobile phone. No Employee shall be engaged in private telephone conversations whilst at work with the exception of designated breaks and in emergency situations. The Company will not be liable for the repair or replacement of personal mobile phones.
